Current Research: Social Media Ecosystem

The Online Community Research Network is currently conducting our next research project regarding social media ecosystems. Specifically, we want to understand (and help others understand) how organizations are managing their hosted and external (think facebook, twitter, etc) online community touchpoints.

The research targets online community executives, strategists, and managers, working both in the commercial and non-profit space.
