Hi Bill,

I'm really interested in what you are talking about here. I dont suppose there is a video of your presentation? I'm very interested but it's not easy to really understand the points you are making simply from the slides.

Thanks muchly,
Jackie, Sydney - Australia

Bill,
I am just getting around to looking at the presentation and it is great. The 1 thing that I would like to add to it (and if it was there and I missed it I apologize) is that the company has to also be ready to change the direction or strategy of the community based upon where the members take it.
Companies may have a good idea about their community and can try to guide their members down a path, but if traffic suffers, then a new approach may be needed. Companies need to have the flexibility to change course dependent on the wind direction, if that is needed.
