Bill, thanks for posting this question. I think the BIG question (at least in the nonprofit world) is building collective internal support for online communities and new media approaches. I struggle with glazed over eyes and a lack of vision when discussing these issues. So, I'd love to get some insights into strategies that work (is there a boot camp I can send some staff too?).

Last point...it would be great to have this morph into a deeper conversation with those that went to the recent OCS as a way to reconnect with others.
