Demo and Exchange Session - Speed Geek Style
As described by Kaliya:
One of the fun processes to emerge out of the unconference scene has been Speed Geeking. Like speed dating but for projects and products. This may sound intimidating but it is a great way to share with others and to learn a lot in an hour.
Basically what will happen is that those of you who want to demonstrate some features of your community or platform or site can do so. We encourage you to sign up on the wiki but you can also sign up that day. If you Demo you will get 5 min to speak with each group. The groups will rotate around to the other tables and you will repeat your talk 10 times to 10 different groups. If you are an audience member you will get to see about 10 demos in one hour. If there are more then 10 demo's (quite likely) then you will get to pick which ones you want to see. They will be announced ahead of time and all tables will be numbered. Every 5 min a light reminder will be given for you to continue to circulate.
Who's Coming?
We have folks from Adobe, Autodesk, Babycenter.com, Blockbuster, Cisco, Common Craft, eBay, Intel, Intuit, MarketTools, Microsoft, PayPal, Sony, TechSoup, and Yahoo, to name a few.

I'm really excited about the Unconference, especially since I attended last year, and got to experience the event from the attendee perspective. With this Unconference, I feel I was given the opportunity to design an event that I would have really benefited from when I was driving online community strategy at Autodesk.
