- User Interface/Graphic Designer
The User Interface & Graphic Designer is in charge of helping clients position their site and determining the look & feel for each client community as well as addressing internal design needs. Interested candidates should have strong visual design and information architecture skills and expert knowledge of relevant web standards and technologies, including Flash, XHTML, CSS, template-based design and JavaScript.

Position Responsibilities:
Participate in community planning sessions to help identify client needs
Develop & design custom look & feel for each client based on the Small World Labs platform
Design overall look & feel to achieve customer goals and drive community membership
Create internal marketing & sales materials for promotions and campaigns
Create web graphics for use on the Small World Labs web site and promotional activities
Work with the implementation team to ensure timely delivery of client graphics and support documentation
Provide marketing materials and advertising layouts for clients communities
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in user interface and graphics design in the high-tech industry
In depth knowledge of social networking and online communities
Strong skills in design software applications and use of color and typography
Experience with Flash & interactive design
Experience creating online marketing programs
Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve and create solutions to potential problem areas
A strong "can do" attitude and team skills
Exceptional Candidates Will Also Have:
